Grilled Corn with Harissa Honey Butter
A summer favorite with a touch of Tunisian spice.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup Tunisian harissa
- 1 to 2 Tsp. honey
- Grilled corn
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
In a medium bowl combine the butter, harissa, and honey. Stir to thoroughly incorporate. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to firm up for easier spreading.
While the corn is still hot off the grill, slather on the harissa honey butter. Top with chopped cilantro, if desired.
