Grilled Corn with Harissa Honey Butter

A summer favorite with a touch of Tunisian spice.
Servings 8 oz butter

Ingredients

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup Tunisian harissa
  • 1 to 2 Tsp. honey
  • Grilled corn
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • In a medium bowl combine the butter, harissa, and honey. Stir to thoroughly incorporate. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to firm up for easier spreading.
  • While the corn is still hot off the grill, slather on the harissa honey butter. Top with chopped cilantro, if desired.
